Celebs love Sunday too. So what do they do with it?

I wake up on Sunday mornings... in anticipation of a heavy brunch, which would ideally  include upma, tomato omelette, baked beans, toast and masala chai.

I hate going out... on Sundays and  love spending time at home.

Most of my day... is spent with my dad. He's a brilliant singer. If in the mood, he sings me one of his favourites by KL Saigal.

Music is essential... to set the Sunday mood. So I can spend my Sunday just listening to Ashaji, Lataji, Mohammad Rafi and Kishore Kumar who're my idols.

I am not a classically trained singer... and while practising, I often break into an Asha Bhosle classic. I admire her versatility and believe that she does justice to every kind of song (be it a bhajan or a pop song). Also, that she has sung in so many languages is commendable. My favourite would be Chainse humko kabhi aapne jeenay na diya.

I love going for long drives... to Lonavala or Mahabaleshwar with close friends and cousins. Shopping and sight-seeing do comprise the plan but what I cherish the most is the journey.

My ideal Sunday lunch... would be a nice home-cooked masala dosa.

I am a movie freak... so on afternoons when I'm not snoozing, I love catching up on the latest Hollywood blockbusters with my dad.

Lawn tennis is a passion... though lately my back problem has been keeping me from hitting the court. But I just love the game. I used to be the captain of the volleyball team of my school (MN Pupils Own School) but haven't played the game in a long time now.

My workout regime... is restricted to going for walks.

I am a shopaholic... and can shop at any given time of the day! I'm crazy about shoes and have bought shoes from every part of the country. For clothes, I usually shop abroad, as my size is not often available in India.

My dad is fond of Gujarati comic plays.... nd a recent one that we both enjoyed was Jalsa Karo Jayantilal. The actor who has impressed me a lot in Gujarati theatre has to be Deven Bhojani.

The best way to end a Sunday... would be to catch a movie at a hall that’s not very crowded.
