General entertainment channel STAR Plus will air from August 1 a reality show on couples 'Aajaa Mahi Vay' where 11 real life unmarried couples will battle it out week-on-week in pursuit of their dream wedding as a grand prize.

Commenting on the launch of the show, senior creative director of the channel Anupama Mandloi said: ''Aajaa Mahi Vay' is a dance show with a difference, in which couples from diverse backgrounds will compete to win the wedding of their dreams.'

Judging the participants on their dancing capabilities and harmonies are television actors Ronit Roy, Shweta Tiwari and Apara Mehta while 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar' winner Rahul Vaidya and finalist Vineet Singh share the stage once again as anchors of the show.

According to CEO Contiloe Entertainment Pvt Ltd Abhimanyu Singh, who is producing the show, ''Aajaa Mahi Vay' showcases 11 unique love stories. Lot of hard work went into finding these 11 couples, who are all great dancers and more importantly each couple has an interesting story to tell.'
