She achieved so by quitting the use of alcohol.

The buzz is that Goldie Hawn's actress daughter found the perfect diet solution by cutting out her favourite boozy beverages, but she also disclosed that it was very difficult for her to stop using these beverages, especially wine and tequila.
She reportedly told Elle magazine, "I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I'm not sure I've ever done that!"
